stinging nettles have arrived!



On my walk to work yesterday I came across the first shoots of nettles I've yet to see this year.
Expect recipes soon.
This plant has protein, and nearly as many minerals and vitamins as seaweed...
Expect more information soon! 

BE CAREFUL THEY STING.
The internet has a bevvy of sites with nettle information.
Makes great tea, juice, oven baked chips, bread, soup, pasta dishes, pesto, pizza topping, quiche...
Enjoy (carefully)
*do Not be afraid of it*
(wear pants and gloves while harvesting)
